Sunday 1st July (matinee)
Housemate Of Mine
Doors 1:00pm / $15 Door
Gribbo, lead singer and band ball-breaker, is nearing his 30th lap of the Sun, so to celebrate, HOUSEMATE OF MINE are chucken a party with some of their best mates!
The Prog-Aus-Stoner-Rock outfit are in the middle of a bunch of shows across Melbourne in the lead up to launching their debut album later this year. Get down to The Workers July 1st to have a cupla dozen with Gribbo as well as be ENTERTAINED.
Sharing the stage, pre-apocalyptic garage rock-n-roll power trio (of the stripped down and noisy variety), LEVITATING CHURCHES! It’s the first time HoM has shared a bill with these legends and they’re pumped for it!
Also joining the boys, local anti-snob pub trash punk outfit TUMBLE TURN will take the stage with their tasty arse riffs, tighter than a craft beer bottle cap!
And of course, opening the arvo with his general charm, good looks and dreamy brand of kiwi folk-pop will be long time great friend of the band, DAN PURDEY.
This is a public event, so bring your crew and ENJOY.”
