Tuesday 3rd April
Doors 7:30pm / $5 Door
Montague, a melancholic three-piece indie-rock band, are teaming up with homegrown gems Miss May and Curves for a big night of groove-y indie rock’n’blues moods.
Montague have been hard at work honing their sound on new material to be surfaced and broken-in, before its release later this year.
Miss May is a new wave, goth-rock act influenced by 80s greats The Cure, David Bowie and Nick Cave. The captivating and compelling Miss May has played the Queenscliff Music Festival, The Workers Club, Sooki Lounge, The Basin Music Festival, Oscars Alehouse, The Pave Festival, Matthew Flinders Hotel and many more.
Curves are a five-piece Synth-pop outfit that balance progressive song-writing and a reverent admiration of the sounds of new wave and synth. Curves are quickly establishing their own brand of lo-fi, emotionally driven pop music.
$5 on the door, great ambience and a big 'ol barrel of killer tunes, see you there!
